Our Gerber Sabre 408 router cuts aluminum up to 1/4" thick and foam, plastics and wood up to 4.4" thick. We can accomodate single sheets as large as 59" x 121" with an active cutting area of 53.5" x 101". Applications include push through letters, engraving, in lays, ADA, drilling, reverse carving, flat bottom and "V" carving, and prismatic letters and logos.
